New CPU and GPU, help!

Ey guys,I have had my gpu and cpu for a long time now, but they are getting older and older, so I need to upgrade them ASAP. I was wondering which GPU and CPU should I buy. My budget is up to 210eur for CPU, and will see about GPU later.

Current specs:

GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 750
CPU - AMD Athlon x4 760k
MOBO - ASUS A78M-E FM-2

You can't expect a huge upgrade with that platform. The highest CPU you could go would be the Athlon 860K, which is good but not too far from where you are.

But right now, you could upgrade your GPU to a R9 270 or 270X.

For your socket there is no viable CPU upgrade and your budget does not allow for much since you would need a new motherboard as well. A budget Intel I5 with a budget B85 or H97 board may though be possible.

Well, thought instead of giving you just the information about the CPU why not give a whole budget friendly build.

CPU: Intel's Skylake i7 6600k $259
GPU: 2X AMD Radeon R9 390 in crossfire $319.99 X 2 = 639.98, or you can just go with a single R9 390 for 1080p/1440p gaming
Motherboard: MSI Z170-A pro $119.99
RAM: Viper Elite series DDR4 2X4=8GB $59.99
PSU (Optional only if you have a 700 Watt 80+ Bronze or more ): EVGA 700 Watt 80+ Bronze $64.99
CPU Cooler: Corsair H-80i $87.99

Total for Dual crossfire GPU build: $1231.94 = Euro 1130.79
Total for single GPU build: $911.95 = Euro 837.07

Alright, that's what I thought my MOBO is too bad for anything so Im gonna buy ASrock h97m and probably i5 but I'm not sure which would be the best eny suggestions?

i would jst get the 4460 cuz its newer and its a bit better than the 2500k..
but if ur only playing cs go and all 2500k should be fine but finding a mobo will be hard i think... better to go with the 4460 actually

Also doesnt my motherboard support APU amd 10 7870? Shouldnt I buy that and I also have 1 Radeon which I don't use and I could set a crossfire?

they arent that powerful to be honest... with the i5 processor and the 265 u will get more performance than upgrading to apu and using dual graphics
