Question New cpu and motherboard causing pc to lock up?

So recently upgraded my mother board and cpu to a b450m a and ryzen 5 3600. I keep getting freezes then black screens then comes back whenever i scroll alot or open new apps or tabs and it literally did just as im typinghelppppppppppp

Backup any data you need.

Completely wipe drives and reinstall W10.

I’ve been getting freezes and shortly after I see that gpu went to 100 usage and oven reinstalled Windows’s after upgrading cpu and motherboard tried putting it all back together that hasn’t worked I’m lost and this only Brennan happening since I changed out my acer n50 600 motherboard with i3 8100 for a b450m a and 3600 but can’t see a overheating problem so idk what else to do
