Question New cpu and motherboard, starts and shuts down repeatedly

Hey i just bought a i7-9700k and a z390 motherboard.
My problem is that it keeps shutting down and starting

My setup is
I7 9700k
1060 6gb
500w PSU

• RAM capacity and configuration (1 dimm, 2 dimms, 4 dimms)?
• 500W PSU ..... brand and model?

What have you tried?

Did you tried to turn on the PC with only 1 stick of RAM and without the GPU?

PSU is a Cooler master b500. Maybe it is that?
