New CPU causing rebooting loop

I have a GA-B250M-DS3H motherboard and recently bought an i3-8100. Replacing the old CPU caused a rebooting loop without any errors or screen output. I went through the checklist and tried everything I could think of but to no avail. Lights/fan turn on for 3-4 seconds, absolutely nothing happens, then it restarts doing the same thing forever.

Anyone have any suggestions? I know for sure it isn't the RAM, PSU, GPU, nor drives because everything worked with the old CPU.

The 8xxx series CPUs are not compatible with the 200 series motherboards. You have to have a 300 series motherboard to use your i3-8100 CPU.
