new cpu cooler nee help fiting it in my case

hello i currenty have the nzxt h440 case and i am trying to find the best set up for a cm 280l nepton ali cooler i currenty have the nepton 240m on top and it almsot hits my cpu power cable so given that i dont think i can fit the 280m in the same spot so i am going to have to mount it in the front of my case should i make it an intake ? m,y case supports 140mm fans up top

the 280l is a free upgrade offer so i am not buying an other cooler jsut a heads up

the fan are on top of cooler could you put them below to push air to it and it will got out from top you maybe able to gain space from top of cpu .

I dont think it will fit up top it will hit my mb or my cpu power cable so i have to make it as an intake which are to be in or out
