Question NEW CPU detected error every time I restart

Hello
I had to hard reset after a game hung the pc due to me changing the free sync settings on my monitor. Every time I open the pc, it tells me to press F1 to setup and sends me to the BIOS settings. I noticed a few thing in the bios like absurd voltages and fan RPMs and temps. I have attached the images regarding the things I saw in the bios. Also, I have to boot by going into the boot options and selecting a disk manually. After getting into windows, I noticed a few more things. AI suite 3 was showing the same absurd voltages and RPMs of fans. Ryzen master shows that I constantly have a low of 1.4 volts and above when i previously barely had 1.099 at idle under load around 1.35 volts. Armoury crate doesnt show the different devices for aura sync too. The error shows up every time I boot the PC up.

Things I tried to fix this=
Updated BIOS
Updated x570 drivers from AMD
cleared CMOS (update)

R9 3900x CPU
ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Super ADVANCED GPU
G.skill 16GB(8x2) 3200Mhz DOCP enabled
240GB WD GREEN SSD
1TB FIRECCUDA SSHD
NOCTUA NH-D15S cooler
PSU HX 750 Corsair

65535 I think that is 11111111 in binary. Not very helpful though lol. I would clear the CMOS with the jumper on the board. Although thats a fancy board so it may have a clear CMOS button somewhere.

Cleared the CMOS.
