New CPU Fan Install Problems

I just installed a cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu cooler on my computer and now I am getting the blue screen with error code 0xc00000f. I had to remove the motherboard and move the ram 1 slot over to clear the fan. I have also tried putting the ram in its original position with no luck. I have a z97 pcmate 1151 motherboard, i7-4790k CPU, and 2x4GB and 1 x 8 GB of RAM. Everything was working fine this morning. I am also running windows 10. Anyone have ideas of what could be wrong?

Fixed it. I removed the gpu and reinstalled. Also, set up the ram in a different config.
