New CPU Fan

I have an AMD FX 8320e and I'm wanting to overclock it but I figured out I'll have to get a new fan. I kinda want it to be as quiet as possible and still be a good fan. Also, I don't want the Monster-cooler-power-sucker unless I need it. I'll probably overclock it from the base 3.2 Ghz to 3.7-4.0 Ghz, somewhere in there. Could someone recommend me a good, quiet fan? Thanks!

Solution
While fans do make a difference, for the amount of overclocking and just general cpu longevity it is best to get a custom heatsink. The hyper212 evo is one of the most popular budget heatsinks, is only about $30 and comes with a great fan. Will be quieter and provide the amount of heat dissipation headroom you need to achieve your mild overclock.

I've never seen the point of CLSes except for the extremely high end ones (Swiftech H-240X, Raijintek Triton). They're also noisier because of pumps.

Agreed, definitely not for the goal of the OP
