New cpu for gaming

I m going to purchase a new CPU
My budget is around INR 40,000 { $637.60 }

AMD FX 8350 (Processor)
GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AMD 970 (Motherboard)
I BALL AXTON (Case)
430 WATT CORSAIR CX 430 (Power Supply)
CORSAIR 8 GB RAM
SEAGATE 2 TB HARD DRIVE INTERNAL
SAPPHIRE/MSI GPU R7 260X 2 GB GPU (Video Card)

So i want to ask that
Is this Cpu good enough for gaming and other things also?

Your graphics card and motherboard are the weak links in your build.

The *-UD3P* has better power management and over-clocking potential for the FX-8350.

You may drop back to an FX-8320 (or FX-6300) and put the extra cash toward your graphics card.
