New cpu For pc

So I have a Evga gtx 750 ti sc and es gonna upgrade my CPU and was wondering should I get the amd fx 8350 or any other processor in my budget of 150$. I was hoping to run gta 5 and intense games at a normal or low settings but playable with a new CPU. So should I stick with the fx 8350 or any other suggestions?
