New CPU, help me with fan and air flow.

I just bought a new cpu, and the cooler itself. (i5-7600k with Cooler Master Hyper 212).
My idle temp (with chrome running) is 50-55c. When on heavy load (for example playing games), i got 65-75c temp. Is that a normal temp for my cpu?

And i worried about the airflow in my case. my case is not that good and expensive case, its a normal budget gaming case. There are 2 fan slots on the top of the case, 1 on the front, and 1 on behind. I have 1 case fan for now. I planted the fan on the top side as air exhaust. The CPU cooler itself, blows the air towards the case's back grills. Therefore, i don't have any intake air sucked from the outside.
So, what is the best position to plant my case fan? is it better to place the fan on the back of the case? (pretty much like this: https://i.imgur.com/npEImhy.png), or stays on the top.

P.S: i haven't checked the thermal paste i used yet, I will do it ASAP.
I'm using corsair CX500 PSU, and MSI GTX1060 3GB with 2 fans on it.

You should put it on back so the cpu fan exhausts directly through it. That will noticeably cool things down. You should also consider picking up another fan or two for more airflow. An intake on front would really help bring in cool air.

That being said, your idle temps are a little warm, but the load temps are still safe. I would start worrying once they reach above 85 or 90C. It'll shut down at 100.

Thanks, i will try to maybe repaste and move the fan. I will consider to buy a new fan later and plant it on the front.
Just a little bit worried because there is not much space for airflow on the front side. But i can try something about it.
anyway thanks for the help!
