So when i put the INTEL CORE I7 7700K KABY LAKE in, My pc starts for 5 seconds then turns off and starts again and keeps running. But no signal on my screen.

What can i do? People say that i need to update my bios?

greetings

Solution

You'll have to flash the BIOS instead. To do this, copy the downloaded BIOS files onto the root directory of a USB drive. This means that the BIOS files should NOT be in a folder, they should be directly inside the USB. Also, it's preferred that the USB only have the BIOS files, nothing else.

Once you've done this, shut down and restart your computer, and enter the BIOS(press F2 when the ASRock logo appears)...

I got this when i try to update with the windows download 7.10 bios.

Select the Instant Flash utility under [Tool] menu to execute it.

ASRock Instant Flash will automatically detect all devices and only list those BIOS versions which are suitable for your motherboard.

Select the suitable BIOS version and flash.

Note: DO NOT interrupt the power to the PC when the BIOS is updating. Leave it alone once the updating starts. Don't touch anything, don't move the mouse - just leave everything untouched when the BIOS is updating. It's a sensitive process, and interrupting it will have quite drastic consequences.
