Hello Guys, thank you for reading in advance!
So I have a problem which I have never even heard of.
I Built a new PC and got the :

"New CPU installed. fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.
Press Y to reset fTPM. If you have Bitlocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key.
Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot. fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM-related keys and data"

The problem is that it is unresponsive, If I press y absolutely nothing happens if I press N or Del mostly nothing happens, I found some Spanis video where he "solved" the problem by pressing n+del at the same time getting into the bios and disabling "Security Device Support" which I suppose disables TPM. The problem with this fix is I can't install Win 11 of course because it needs tpm.

I tried resetting the CMOS, and installing the newest bios. I reseted the bios too.
Do i have a bad CPU or mobo? I had some trouble just getting to this problem. I had a black screen of death and I'm not sure what fixed it (maybe re-seating the RAM)

Spec: B550M aorus elite rev.3
5800x
2x16 cl 16 3600 ram
750w seasonic g12 power supply
1tb 980 Samsung SSD

I would appreciate your help! Thanks!

Hi there,
I just experience the same thing, "Y" key does nothing.
Upon my search I've learned that it was because the BIOS expects inputs from a "QWERTY" keyboard.
I have a "QWERTZ" keyboard so i had to press Z to make it work.

Hope this will help. See you around guys.
