Hey there, I recently upgraded from a seriously bottleknecked i5 2400 gtx 1060 3gb system to a i7 2600. Theres a lot less stuttering, but the fps seems lower? On my old system, i was getting 160 on fortnite with a hell load of fps drops in intense situations and some serious stuttering, considered unplayable. This new cpu, however, is much better, with a lot less stuttering. But, I'm only getting about 100-130 on average? It isnt awful but its certainly not great for a competitive player. The gpu usage hovers around 50-60 whilst cpu is around 40-70.
Thanks all, Tom

100 to 130 fps on a CPU that was fresh out of the silicon forges 9 years ago seems pretty good to me.
