First off im relatively new to pc gaming, so forgive me if its a stupid question.
I built a new system last year and i started playing ghost recon wildlands and the cpu usage was pegged at 100% and gpu was reading around 1900mhz. I went and switched out my i5-6600k and msi gaming m5 for the new i7-7700k and an asus z270e strix. I have two asus rog gtx1070 strix in sli. So now my cpu usage is pretty steady at about 50% and my gpu is at about 900mhz. The game runs fine at 50fps in 4k. Im just a little confused as to why the graphic cards clock speeds dropped so much. Im not concerned cause like i said the game runs fantastic and the temps are normal, just hoping someone can shed some light.
Thanks
