[SOLVED] New CPU/MoBo/Ram Acting funny in older build

AsRock Z390 Taichi
EVGA G2 650w
GTX 1070
Trident Z RGB
So I spent hours putting together my PC with new hardware in it making it look really nice. Doesn’t turn on. I tried messing around with the connections, re-checking them, my panel headers etc.

Nothing works.

So now I have my PC down to the barebones. (CPU, Ram, CPU Cooler)

If I have my 24-Pin cable plugged into my MoBo and I flip my PSU switch - only the MoBo & CPU cooler lights turn on (Kraken x61). The Ram lights never turn on no matter if it’s 1 slot, 2, 1 & 3 or 2 & 4.

If I use the paperclip trick my CPU Cooler fans & PSU fan turn on, but no lights nada. None if I install my GPU too.

My PSU didn’t seem to give messed up readings when using my multimeter.

the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.

I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so

attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip

by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
