Hello, I'm going to be buying a new CPU/MOBO/RAM as my i5 4670k is pretty outdated and i'm recently starting to notice the slow down massively. I'm going to be upgrading with a budget of around £500 ( can be under of course but doesn't need to be). Also my current case can fit and I have a 550w PSU !

I'm bouncing between the i7 9700k, Ryzen 7 3700x & the Ryzen 5 3600x.
This PC is pretty much solely for gaming and browsing but i'd like to have something future proofed for a couple of years. Just as a side note I have the 1060 3gb at the moment but will also be upgrading that on the next couple of months after I do this.
If you could find the parts on https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ that would be great, if not list below !

Thanks in advanced.

With the 9700K and 3700X you will be slightly off budget, so if you are strict about staying with 500 quid I'd go with the 3600X, that being said I recommend the 3700X variant with these components.

Just to be sure it's good, could you list the brand, exact model and age of your power supply? If it needs to be replaced it will greatly affect your options for new parts and stay within budget.

My PSU is CX 550M and it's about 7 months old
The CX is a fine budget power supply. The options listed above by the other guys are all very good. If you want to give yourself more options for a video card upgrade you could include a better, more powerful PSU. Just something to consider.
