Question New CPU, Monitor no signal?

My 144hz monitor was working fine the entire time before (i5 8400, GTX 1070, 2x8GB DDR4 BallistiX, 512GB M2 Crucial MX SSD, Z370-A Pro). My new CPU, i5 9600k just arrived and after putting it into the Motherboard, putting on the thermal paste and turning on my PC, the monitor just showed "no signal" and everything is connected properly. Is the 9600k compatible with the Z370-A Pro? Does my Xilence XN044 XP600R6 PSU have enough power to run the system? It says 450W (holding up stated efficiency) and 600W peak performance. What's the problem here? Do I need to update my BIOS to support the new i5 9th gen processor or something?

You need to update the motherboard BIOS for it to accept the 9600K.

I'm not sure about Xilence PSU's, can't find any recent information or reviews. Running the CPU & GPU at stock the system should be fine with the new PSU but if your overclocking that 9600K & GPU then you may want something better such as the Seasonic Focus Gold 550W.
