Question New cpu, motherboard and ram

I recently got a intel i7 9700 9th gen cpu a z390-e motherboard and 4 sticks of 8gb ram and my computer will not connect to my monitor someone please help

Please post your full system specs.
Have you tried posting without only 1x8GB installed?

Do you mean it will not physically connect to the monitor or that you don't see a picture?
