New CPU/Motherboard/Ram now games and apps are slow.

I just recently replaced my i7 4790k, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, and Corsair Vengeance 16GB with the i7 6850k, Asus X99-A II, and Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB. Now my startup time has moved from 11sec to 100-40sec. Applications like Chrome, Discord, and small apps run fine but when I launch OBS the FPS counter jumps around mainly low frames with nothing in the background with the setup before I had a smooth 60fps. When I launch a game it is pretty much unplayable with H1Z1 around 12-20fps. I have already reinstalled windows and that did not work. Please help me out and let me know if you need more infomation.

Did you reinstall windows, when you made the switch? It is often best that you do a fresh windows install, when replacing a motherboard.

I have did a fresh windows install and this still did not seem to work
