New cpu no display

I upgraded my cpu from a Ryzen 3 1200 to a Ryzen 7 1700 and I turned it on for the first time it booted into the bios and I went to load windows and I got a black screen. Now I can’t even get it to post

Ryzen 7 1700 doesn't come with a built - in GPU, You will need a graphics card.
