New CPU or another card for SLI?

Since gaming is my hobby, I thought I would make some videos as in let's plays and so on to make some money (maybe) later on. And for that I know you need a decent CPU, also, I do plan on streaming. So do you think an upgrade to an I7 4770k same chipset, would be a good idea, or grab another GPU for increased performance on games (SLI a 770). I use Neweeg, so they're both the same price, give or take $20.

A 4670k TO A 4770k seems pointless to me at least.

another gpu for sure, you wont really see any improvement going to the 4770 vs that cpu, a sec ond gpu will give you way more performance

I multitask alot, I have multiple programs running at a time, I heard I7's were good at multitasking, at any given time I can have BF4, minecraft Chrome with 8 windows up, some editing software sometimes, so thats why I asked.
