New Cpu, or wait.?

So.. its Christmas! I just installed a new GPU (R9 270) that i recieved during the holidays and, i barely see a performance difference between my old GT 630 and the 270!! I believe (know) that my CPU is bottle necking it terribly (A6 3620 @ 2.2).... yeah.. pretty bad. But i also recieved 120$ and was going to replace my current Fm1 mobo with a Am3+ and get like a FX 6300... but after further research i have found that i would half to get a fresh install of Windows 7, 8.. etc. (also preferably a new HDD if i wanted to keep all my old data on the old HDD. Should i just get the best CPU for my current Fm1 mobo (A8-3870K) or save up for all the new components?

Save up. The fm1 and fm2 platforms are dead and bad for gaming. Get something like a fx 6300, 212 evo cooler and a 990 or a 970 motherboard with 6 power phases or more.

Save up. A new i3 or FX 6300 would greatly reduce the bottleneck.
