New Cpu overclock to 4.6 Ghz at 1.39v

during stress test on prime 95, temp goes to 74 C at max, is that ok?

i lowered my vcore to 1.365, and current capacity to 120% then LLC level at 4, does that sound safe? tested prime 95 for hour and 20 min with this setting, and on cpu-z most of the time vcore is 1.36v, is that good?
