Hey guys. So im currently sitting on an Athlon X4 760K on socket Fm2. Noticing i get lag in games like Bf4 and i feel it is holding my R9 270X back. i want to change my CPu. i was thinking this

And im not sure which board would be best. i have some 1600Mhz Corsair DDr3 already and a Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO for cooling. I would also need some new thermal paste but have no clue what to get. So whats the best choice here? thanks

Looking just at the reviews from vortex.net, I would recommend the Asus Maximus VII Ranger, because they gave it both a gold rating and an extreme value rating. The Gigabyte also rated gold, but the MSI only silver. Plus, I really like Asus motherboards, and have used them in most of my builds. ;D
