New cpu upgrade

I have a Gigabyte F2A68hm-h with a bios version FC and was changing my CPU to a AMD Athlon x4 845, and my monitor has no signal to the computer. Is this not the latest version for this CPU???

Is the board rev.1.1 ?
If yes, then have you installed a graphics card too and connected the monitor to it?
