Build Advice New cpu

I have right now an old athlon x4 760 k
With 2x8 g ram ddr3
And an old motherboard . I have paired those with a 1050 ti , 250 g tochiba ssd and a 650 w psu ...so while it is good for dota or pubg (in low graphs) the low fps ratio are disturbing ...i think my system bottlenecks my gpu so is about time for a new one ...i want to make an upgrade with a new cpu+ momo+ ram+ monitor(more than 60fps) to see the difference in my gameplay .
I want to add that my way of thinking is change now the cpu and in one year my gpu to a better one so i guess the new cpu should be "bottleneched" ...

I mostly play videogamings or video editing ,

As for budget i cant spend a lot , so i ask for the best prize ...but in the same time if the deal is good i will get the funds .

What is the budget? It gives resident builders an idea of what can be recommended.

I had a similar build (x4 760k, 8GB RAM, ASUS A88x-Pro with a GTX 750ti), and upgraded to a Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB RAM and ASRock AB350 Pro4 while keeping the GTX 750ti before upgrading it later. Nothing wrong with the strategy.
