New Custom Computer

I would like to have a custom computer built exactly to my specs and I tried Dell but their system did not allow me to configure it they way I would like it. Can someone recommend a company that builds custom computers with a website that allows me to configure it exactly to my specs? Preferably a company as reliable as Dell, Thank you...

Any manufacturer like dell is going to make stuff using what they like. If your good enough to know exactly what you want then you should be able to put it together yourself. Otherwise a local pc store might order what you want and put it together, but wheres the fun in that.
