new custom pc stuck in bootloop

hello!! I have built a new pc. But as the title says, it keeps on rebooting. pls help.
specs=
gigabyte h170m mobo
intel i5 6600k processor lga 1151
Logisys AT650BK 650 Watts 80 PLUS Gold ATX Power Supply
crucial Balistix ddr4 8gb 2x4gb

Hi, Make sure that the 8 pin power cable is connected to the motherboard, and the RAM modules properly inserted in the slot.
Try leaving single RAM and testing each slot.

What happens if starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed?

ok. I fixed it. what happend was that the 8 pin connectors were loose on the inside of psu. thanks
