Thinking about getting my first gaming PC. Got the below specs and quote from PC Specialist.
What do you think?

Don't get that PC!
That "PC-Specialist" has given you a build that isn't great at all for Gaming.
2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 - DVI, HDMI, 3 x DP (Special!!)
A GTX 960 for that Budget? That's pretty lame, considering that there's an i7 in your PC although you just want a Gaming-PC.
For Gaming, I'd choose an i5 6500 instead of the i7 and use that money to buy a better graphics card.
That build could be a better option:

The GTX 1070 is A LOT stronger that a GTX 960.

Actually GTX 1070 is stronger than the GTX 980 Ti
