New Cyberpowerpc won't Post Boot.

I just recently bought a customized cyberpowerpc computer without a video card cause I already had a evga geforce gtx 750 ti sc and when I finally got everything connected my monitor found the video card but stayed black and went to power saving mode. What do I do?

My motherboard is GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P AMD 970 ATX
Cpu is AMD FX-8350 4.00 GHz Eight-Core AM3+ CPU 8MB
PSU is 00 Watts - EVGA 600B 80 PLUS BRONZE

Is everything seated correctly? is your PSU enough watts?

Have you used the card in a different computer to ensure it works? Should work in this, might try resetting the CMOS, if they tested it before shipping it would need a GPU, there's no on-board support

I have not tried it in another computer because my other one isn't compatible but the fan runs so... its running in a way. Will reseting the CMOS make me need to install everything they did?
