New dell Inspiron 15 laptop becomes really slow within 3days

Dell Inspiron 15 model lap bought within 3days becomes very slow and lagging in performance and only newly installed app is media player which I have already uninstalled. Still having the same problrm. Any solution for this?

it is downloading windows update? what media player did you install/download from?
Run any anti-virus/malware scan?
