New Dell Precision 390 - Very Loud

I just got my new Dell Precision 390 and the internal fans are very loud 😱 is this normal and can I replace them with aftermarket fans to reduce the noise??

well hope it is not overheating or it is causing because loosed heatsink ??? Well i Don't know about Dell warranty policy modifing cooling can cause to loose your warranty. try contacting dell first.
