Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or Antec psu ~600w. After pricing that out, you should have $350-400 left for a gpu. Look at gtx 670 or gtx 770 in nvidia or HD 7970 in Radeon

I would ask dell, however my calls to Dell's staff have yielded no results, and emails sent to them have not been returned. Thank you all though for answering, I have decided to order the GTX 770 and a Corsair 600w PSU. Again thanks to everyone for helping, it really is appreciated.

xdominos.
I am an XPS8500 owner myself and I warn you, I got an asus gtx 770 and I found out that it was NOT compatible, I do not know about MSI gtx 770s but if it does please let me know. I am looking for another one from a different manufacturer to see if that fixes the problem. Also, please tell me how hot your computer's components get after a few hours of playing. Thanks a lot!

Wow this is old, but I should reply I eventually settled upon the Gigabyte GTX 770 4-GD as well as the Corsair HX-750. The GPU was fine, and fit into the stock Dell case, and was fully compatible with the rig (except the PSU, you do need to upgrade that). The card is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it as well as Gigabyte, below is a link to the card on Amazon.
