Planning on getting this new build, and I don't like AIO's, so Noctua says NH-D15S will be enough even for full performance, but i have my doubts, no sure if is better to change to low profile memory RAM and use the bigger NH-D15 chromax.Black, any suggestions?

There is zero difference in cooling performance between the S and non-S variant Noctua coolers. Use the S if it gives you the ability to get the RAM you would like. Are you pulling your GPU from the old PC for this build? Are you good on the iGPU for now?

Thanks for your response, I feel more confident now, I have already a RTX3080 10G MSI GamingZ for this build. and i have 4 RADEON VII too, so planty of GPUs to chose from.

At default settings, you will not be able to stop the CPU from marching right up to 95ºC in stress/benchmark tests, unless you use a good 280mm (or larger) AIO cooler. Ryzen 7000 CPUs are designed to go up to their thermal limit first and sit there, as needed.

I'm using the Dark Rock TF 2 air cooler on mine. I chose it because I can run the CPU fans at 100%, all the time, and they are still near silent. I also wanted to give my VRM and RAM some airflow lovin'. Without any limits set, I still clock in over 38K in Cinebench R23 multi, but I decided to limit my PPT to 125W in BIOS to keep my CPU (relatively) cool.
