New desktop bought with no OS - No signal to monitor

Hi new member here used this site plenty of times though google ad always found the answers to me problem. I have bought a VIBOX GA with no OS an cant get a signal to my monitor. I have used both my monitors via the blue connection and on my tv aswell with the hdmi. Used both on board and graphics card. Thanks in advance to anybody. Stuck looking at fallout 3 game of the year addition.
