New Desktop Build Spec Advice

The following Desktop spec will use for software development.
I intend to install on it Ubuntu OS, and will happy to know what do you guys think about it?

It looks fine, except if you're going to use the 3570k on an h77 motherboard, you won't be able to take advantage of overclocking the CPU. You'll want to get a z77 motherboard instead. Otherwise, drop to a 3450 or 3470 instead and there won't be any need for the z77. Were you going to be using it at all for gaming, or was that the main reason to get the 3570k (the Intel HD 4000 iGPU)?

I'd trash that whole build. By pairing a 3570K with a H77 motherboard you forfeit the intended use of the CPU and that's overclocking. You should pay a bit more for the case - I've noticed a disturbing trend here lately with people recommending cheap cases on expensive builds and cutting corners on important parts like power supplies. Those people are flat out *WRONG*.

If you're buying from Isreal it will help to know a local site to suggest parts and pricing. If you don't know one check the link in my signature.

This PC is not for gaming at all.
I will change the CPU to Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge 3.2GHz according to your recommendation.
