Question New display causing mouse and all images to "Jump Lag"

I just got a new 32 inch 1440p 144hz curved monitor from the brand AOC. My second monitor is a samsung 32 inch 1080p 60hz. After I set up the new monitor, enabled 144hz, and changed the color to my liking I noticed that all images and the mouse on and offline (Even when in menus) Jump lags on what seems to be both monitors. I will move the mouse and after a few seconds it jumps a few millimeters in the direction I was moving it as I continue to move it. It does this for images in games as well. IDK how to fix this but its pretty annoying. All drivers are up to date and it should be working just fine. Anyone got any ideas before I throw all my PC stuff out the window?

PC specs are as follows: Intel i7 6850k, EVGA 1080ti, 128 GB RAM, 1 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD, and 2 2 TB Western Digital Black
