[SOLVED] New dummy sticks breaek pc?

I have 2x16gb sticks of corsair vengence rgb pro and I wanted to fill up all 4 dimm slots so i bought corsairs light enhancement kit, I got the kit today put the two sticks in and all the leds showed on the ram but im not getting onto a disply all my fans and leds in my pc turn on but just does not connect to a display. Im using a strix b-450f as the motherboard. I've tried booting with just the original ram and even old ram I had from a previous build. Also reset the cmos using the jumper and took out the battery too.

Leave the light enhancement kit out and test your DIMM modules in slots A2 and B2 as per your MB Manual page 1-5.
Once you have them running OK then add the other light enhancement modules.
If they don't work...
