Yeah, I heard about this "PCem emulator" before. I presume this has been in active development since the good 'ol days of IBM, and it was written in C, C++.

It's not new as such, though it's pretty interesting to know about the hardware compatibility this emulator currently supports. Good old 8088 and 3DFX Voodoo days.
