Question New Epson ET-2720 with bad nozzle check

I have just unpacked and primed with ink a new epson et-2720. I have ran 3-4 nozzle cleanings and am still getting broken lines on the check. All in the same spots. How is this possible? It's brand new!
Please help!

Brand new, return it to store or contact Epson support.
