Just bought a EVGA GeForce GTX 1050ti graphic card and attempted to install it. Windows does not find new hardware. There was no signal at all from the monitor, and looks like it was in Sleep Mode. However, the fans of the graphic card is spinning and has no alarm beeping. But when I connect to the integrated VGA port, everything looks alright.

I tried the following:
Updating bios,
Putting the graphic card on PCIe slot x 16 firmly,
Switch to other PCIe slot x8,
Disable the onboard vga and I even used DDU,
Connect DVI cable or HDMI cable.
And for extra note, my PTU is 500W and the graphic card does not require power connector.

What should I do to fix this? Is this mobo not able to support GTX 1050ti graphic card at all?

My hardware list is here:

Graphic Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti SSC Gaming ACX 3.0 4GB
Motherboard: GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
BIOS Ver: F9
Monitor: Viewsonic
CPU: Intel i5 2500K
Memory: Corsair DDR III 16 GB
OS: Win 7 64-bit
PTU: 500 W

make sure the mobo bios is up to date

the newest is F12
