Hello,
My new office pc is random freezing and when it does there is no mouse movement
no keyboard function, only reset recovers from it. I only use the above pc for browsing
and OFFICE.

So far I have tried to update bios to latest 6403 and reset bios to default, same results.
Installed all drives from ASUS.
Turn GPU BOOST off(red led is off on mobo) same results.
Formatted my pc 2 times with no result(all software is genuine W7 ULT 64B)
Checked Memory Modules with memtest86,with windows7 memtest and with the
memOK button on mobo(no problems).
Checked Cpu and Mobo for overheating Cpu temps 45c(at 100%) mobo 34c(at 100%),
no problem.
I have run Prime,OCCT completed successfully.
Tried all 3 uefi Bios Profiles, same problem occurs.
I have replaced my PSU with a new Zalman 450W with no results.
From Bios I have changed “AI oveclock tuner” to manual and “APU Frequency” to 100
that seemed to help a lot now crashes 1 to 2 times per week, lower Apu value will
underclock the system.
Also changing my old HDD with a newer Intel SSD also helped(now old HDD is
connected only to save backups).

Today I’ve tried to over voltage memory from 1.5V to 1.6V and problem remains.
ps I have tried lots of dd3 sticks no luck

I will appreciate any advice.

Yes i have, try this

1st solution.
Bios/Advanced/cpu/ c6 mode - turn it "disabled"

2st solution.
get the latest bios.
set bios profile to normal and restore it to default.
on AI Tweaker Section
Ai Overclock Tuner= Auto "this was critical"
don't do memory overvoltage let it to the default option works fine at least for me
on DIGI+ VRM Section
CPU Load-line calibration = regular "this was critical"
cpu/nb load line calibration =regular "this was critical"
cpu current capability = 100%
cpu/nb current capability = 100%
cpu power phase control - standard "this was critical"

if this doesn't do the trick let me know
