New fan, heatsink, FRU numbers (Lenovo IdeaPad z565)

I own a Lenovo IdeaPad z565, It has a 17inch screen, 8GB of ram, 300GB of HDD space, AMD Phenom II N660 Dual-core Processor, ATI Mobility Radeon 4200 GPU

I'm looking to find my FRU numbers for my heatsink and fan on my laptop so I can upgrade them and lower my temperatures.
I have already cleaned out the laptop, cleaned the fan etc. and I want to upgrade the fan and heatsink, only problem is I cannot seem to find the FRU numbers for the fan and heatsink on the manual.

You need to look up the service manual:

Pages 72 and 73, parts 11 and 12. You will need to look up if you have the UMA or DIS version of your heat sink (Labeled 'Thermal Module' here). This might be found on Lenovo's site, and you might need to enter your serial number to find out for sure.
