If I send in my wife's I-751 postmarked before April 31 will I be able to
use the old $145.00 fee? Or should I send in the $200.00 just to be safe?

Well, it kinda depends on if you stayed married for the two year
requirement, or if she gets to claim battered spouse. When did you
stop beating your wife, Rusty?

[Another interesting question would be: "Where overseas can gamers
find wives, and what are the good and bad points of wives from various
countries?" In this family, we say "All good things come from
Canada!"]

To answer the question On Topic, send in the $145 plus proof of
purchase of UT2004. Also post your CD key, so it can be independently
validated.

I'd send $400.00 just to be absolutely sure.

Not for an I-751 you wouldn't. Those things have spiked to over 500
quatloos since the embargo. It's just my opinion, but you may be better
off making the Kessel Run yourself.

Sorry. I thought I was posting to an immigration news group. I was reading
the UT2003 NG and then switched to the other NG but somehow when I posted it
kept the UT2003 group. I think there would have been much more confusion
and fear if I would have posted a UT2003 NG posting to the immigration NG.
They would have been at my front door with the battering ram, coming to take
me away :)
