New for Power shell

I am a new person for power shell and would like to learn power shell . i don't know how to start it and where to start it . kindly help is there any site to know about power shell completely.

There are two flavors of PowerShell. The command line version and the Integrated development environment. For writing code, I prefer the IDE.
