I used to be a gamer many years ago but have not really been doing much recently but am keen to get back into it. As a treat for myself I have been looking at a new monitor as my dual screen setup is fairly old now.
I have a budget of £1000. I have been looking at G-Sync screens like the ASUS PG279Q, MX34VQ and PG348Q. In all honesty I am a little lost on what will best meet my needs.
I don't really play any FPS so I am not even sure I need G-Sync (I do have a GeForce GTX 980) but what I do want are great looking colors, hence the focus on IPS.
