Im looking into bulding a new pc that ill use for gaming at 1440p@144hz and ill stream and record and edit on also. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yvq4NQ this is the build i have so far but i have a few questions
1) should i stick with AMD or exchange for intel i7 8700k for exampel? (for gaming and all the video related stuff)
2) for this build do i need a g-sync or free-sync monitor?
3) should i change any part? For example the liquid coolent that im not sure about, or the mobo or the case wich im not 100% sure on, idk if theres anything better or more compatible with this build

Better AIO and quieter aftermarket fans.

Those Corsair High Performance fans work well but are really loud and in a case that already has 4 fans you'll want something much quieter for the AIO.

Solution
If it were me, I would hold off on a cooler until you see how it performs. The 2700x comes with a decent stock cooler, and the way XFR works on the 2700x, for gaming you will lose performance when you overclock. So I would hold off and see how your temps are before I bought an aftermarket cooler. But I would not go with H60. If you want liquid cooling get a 240mm radiator. The Noctua NH-D15 is one of the best air coolers on the market and will do just as good of a job.

I would also hold off on case fans. You are not getting a bad case and I would see how the NZXT case cools and the fans that come with it before I spent money that I may not need to spend.

I would stick with AMD for this build. AMD is not far in gaming performance form Intel but has a good lead in workstation task such as streaming. Also, when you move the 1440p the bottleneck moves from the CPU to the GPU, so the CPU matters even less.

You are getting a Nvidia GPU, so you want gsync. If you got a AMD GPU you would want freesync.

I swapped out the PSU as you don't need a 850watt for that rig.
