Additional Comments: I don't have to have cutting edge, but I like to be a few price points under to get the best bang for the buck.
My last build was 6 years ago and I have had drive and mobo failure so starting new.

Here is what I have come up with after researching to the extent of my abilities and reading everyones comments. I would like advice on ANY CONFLICTS I may have over looked.
