Ok so This is my first build and i was wondering what you guys thought of it and to see whether it needs to be tweaked or not.
Budget Range: $800- 1100 ~ Can go over a little bit
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming - bf3, farcry etc./ livestreaming maybe/ casual stuff
Are you buying a monitor: Yes im thinking either one of those two resolutions would work 1680x1050, 1920x1080 and any suggestions for a specific monitor would be helpful
Parts:
CPU: i5 - 3550 or i5 2500 or i5 3570(non k) not sure which one to get
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ram - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=40739&CatId=4534
MOBO: No idea about this part, so any help would be appreciated
GPU: Msi Twin frozr GTX 660 2GB NOT OC
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 V2
SSD: not sure any suggestions. I dont need it too be too much prob 64-128 GB is fine because i'll get an HDD
HardDrive: not sure which ones are good so any suggestions here would be helpful pref 500GB or up. i take up alot of space
Do you need to buy OS: Yes but wont worry about this too much
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg or tigerdirect
Location:Westminster California
Parts Preferences: for the Case i prefer cooler master.
For ram and the psu i prefer Corsair but they dont really matter
Overclocking: NO
SLI or Crossfire: NO
Additional Comments: Thanks for the help guys its much appreciated. Also for the case i hope you guys can suggest something that has lots of airflow and easy for a first time builder like myself. I would prefer if it had a filter.
